Delete Stuck E-Mail

If you are having problems with your e-mail and it looks like you might have a message that is stuck, please follow these steps. If you are still unsure of what to do, please contact us.

If you have a piece of mail that is stuck on our server, login to your WorldClient account. REMEMBER TO USE YOUR WHOLE E-MAIL ADDRESS AS THE USERNAME!!!

If you have an old Opman account, you must login here. You will NOT have to use your whole e-mail address as the username.

Once you are logged in, it will gather all mail you have on our server. When it has completed, it will look similar to this:

When you get to this point, check all the messages that you do NOT want under where it has a check point, and then click the

If you wish to preview the file before you delete it, you CAN do this by clicking on the bold text under Subject. In the picture that is above the X you will see that one of this person's e-mails were FOUND VIRUS IN MAIL. If you were to click on this, it would open the message so that you can actually read it. You can reply to messages, make new messages, and pretty much do everything from this page, however you will not be able to view the content offline.

After you have deleted the mail, click on Trash on the left hand side. Just check the message and then delete it with the X at the top again and you are finished.

This program is ideal for people who would like to check mail at, say, a public library, or perhaps school where they can't setup their HMC accounts in the mail client on that machine. If you still have troubles, click on Contact Us in the first sentence. Thanks!
